OUR RETURN POLICY
Once an order is places and
payment is made, there will be a $50 cancellation fee deducted from the total paid. If the order is already in production,
only the amount not printed at time of cancellation will be refunded. There will be no refunds on typos once the proof
has been approved. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for late shipments due to FEDEX/UPS. Special requests can be made for 1 and 2 day shipping at customers cost. For any
returns the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
When providing the artwork, please send in EPS,High Resolution PDF, 300 dpi jpeg or Corel 14
or older.
We
are NOT responsible for the outcome of artwork provided in anyother format. The sign will only be as good as the artwork provided.The
color you see on your monitor may vary from the actual file color. Every monitor is set to different levels of RGB and CMYK.
Refunds will not be given if the customer provides the artwork and dissatisfied with the quality.
